Scalable asset loan management platform with anti-double-booking safeguards.
Overview & The Problem
PT Putra Wijayakusuma Sakti (PWS) required an integrated internal platform to manage requests for high-value corporate assets, such as executive meeting rooms, operational vehicles, and presentation equipment. Previous reliance on spreadsheets had led to issues such as double bookings, delays in managerial approvals, and disorganized documentation.
I designed and developed an intranet web application using Laravel 11 and MySQL. The system prevents double bookings through time-slot validation logic and automates the approval workflow.

Form Booking & Anti-Double-Booking Engine
Algorithmically checks collision matrices across date and time ranges before loan requests are submitted, preventing scheduling conflicts completely.
Visual Timeline Peminjaman & Jadwal Aset
An interactive calendar and schedule visualization that displays active loans, room reservations, and fleet and driver availability status in real time, as well as application status.
